Prompts are produced in about 2 - 4 business days. Prompts for other applications may take longer depending on the complexity.
We work according to your needs. You can, for example, order the German and the corresponding English prompts in individual prompts files, or we can cut the English part exactly according to the German text at no extra cost.
We can also put your own music in your prompts. To do this, we need only an mp3 of your desired song.
Music with vocals is usually not very good, because it overlaps with the announcement.
You must then register your music with the GEMA / AKM / SUISA. Our music is royalty-free - at no extra cost
Yes. Simply tell us that you'd like to have the prompts separately without the music. We can then deliver the music and the prompts individually and separately - at no extra cost.
Yes. The costs depend on text length and language. The texts will then professionally translated – just ask us what it would cost.
We review all the texts before the start of production. If we can come up of a better phrasing then we would of course inform you.
There is no extra charge for the arrangement (another cut) of the prompts/text blocks when the change request is communicated to us very soon after delivery of the final prompts. Changes include: different text spacing in a waiting queue or editing a prompt etc.
Extra charges arise for subsequent text changes, because this is not our fault. The final text should be ready before the start of production.
Most of our clients have a technician on-site to play in the prompts. We can send you or the technician the desired prompts in any format.
Consumer Telecom equipment etc. often do not support the digital playback of prompts. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us.
For mobile mailboxes/mobile boxes, we have a service provider that can play digital prompts in the best possible quality using a PIN and phone number.
You can book our professional speakers for all prompts productions.
We work together with our speakers for a long time. Of course it can happen, that a speaker is not available due to vacation or illness - we cannot give any guarantees.
