On the basis of these General Terms and Conditions, the contract is concluded between the user and the provider of the service “Voxendo.com” Engelhardt Wittig GbR,

Payment options:
Custom prompts can be paid by invoice after delivery of the order.
Pre-produced prompts can be paid for via PayPal or by bank transfer. No charges apply. When paying by bank transfer the user writes the producer an e-mail in which the desired pre-produced prompts & Music are specified. The user immediately receives an invoice by email. For PayPal payment, the music will be sent immediately via a download link after payment.
The license entitles you to the following use:
The user who purchases a prompt which includes a music track, may only use it for himself or for a customer (for a project) once. For more clients and/or projects, a new license must be purchased for each song.
The music or prompts may be shortened or extended.
Transferability, duration, validity:
A license can be used indefinitely. A license is only valid for a prompt which includes at least ONE (1) musical piece. The rights acquired by the user is transferable to third parties (sharing our message and music between agency and end customer). For this purpose, the end customer and the project must be communicated to us.
The license does not authorize the following use:
The prompts and music may not be sold through an online store or similar distribution channels. Any use which is not covered by the licenses, or is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from the producer is a violation of federal copyright law. This license will remain valid until terminated. The license shall automatically terminate if the conditions are breached. Upon termination, the user is prohibited from any use with immediate effect.
No sublicense for the use Graphics our prompts and music shall be issued to third parties.
The user may not distribute or resell our prompts & music under his own name, whether modified by him or not modified.
Warranty and retention of title:
In the case of legally acquired rights from the producer, the user is exempted from all claims by third party (musicians, speakers, producers, all collecting societies worldwide such as GEMA, SACEM etc.). All official approvals from the producer for the use of prompts and music are not exclusive.

Neither the producer nor its managers, employees, licensors, suppliers of content, affiliates or other representatives, where this is not expressly stated in these terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, or elsewhere on this website or by law shall be liable for any damages (including any loss of profits, direct or indirect damages, compensatory damages, consequential damages, exemplary damages, special damages, incidental damages arising after visiting this website). This also applies to claims related to the inability for the client to use the site, the performance of the producer’s website and the content, regardless of whether he was informed of the possibility of such damages or not.
Changes:
The producer reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and prices.
Invalid provisions:
Should any provision of these Terms and Condition become ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the General Terms and Conditions as a whole. Instead, such invalid provisions shall be replaced by a valid one, which meets the economic aim and purpose of the agreement.
Place of fulfilment, applicable law and Court of jurisdiction:
Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction for the parties is Augsburg. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
